| Dave's Wire E.D.M. is a small shop that was established in the fall of 2002. We are a company that can take you from paper to product. We can work with something as simple as a hand sketch or as complex as a 3d solid model. All drawings are accepted electronically and responded to promptly. We have been producing parts for all types of industries. From aerospace to automotive and medical, Dave's Wire is a preferred vendor by many companies because of our quality, delivery and complete customer satisfaction. Our employees have over 20 years of wire E.D.M. experience cutting blank, compound, and progressive dies; inspection fixtures; mold inserts; R&D medical devices; and much more. We have also spent a lot of time cutting 4 axis extrusion dies for the automotive and rubber industries. Aside from wire E.D.M, we have many other capabilities. We can build, repair, and sharpen blank and progressive dies. We also have a CNC milling machine with 3d capabilities.
